I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that my underwriter is fantastic! Every time that I have needed anything from him or had any questions, he has been nothing short of the epitome of professionalism. He has a great demeanor on the phone and that can be hard to find these days! I appreciate him and the whole ARI team in helping to grow my agency. ARI is certainly the most competitive in most circumstances for my agency.

Make sure you look up this company’s reviews on google and everywhere else because they have the worst. You can never talk of anyone because they never reply to voicemails and never answer the phones. The guy Louis who was supposed to be helping me would just transfer me to his “supervisor” Larry ******* which never responded either. It took 6 months to get an answer. I was denied..my foundation is sinking due to a sewer leak but it’s not covered. Make sure to do all your research before going with this company.

No one ever answers the phone. They don’t have 24 hour claims, even though they say they do. Office hours only. Took 48 hours of calling to finally put in a hail storm claim. There is no way to put a claim in online or even check on a claim online. Took two months to get a letter back with my claim stating we were required to pay first and then they will reimburse us. Like we have $12K just laying around to finance a new roof. That’s what insurance is for. Can’t wait to get our roof fixed and dump these guys!! They were cheaper, but I will pay for better service now. Should have listened to my husband.

Stay away from this company, scams artists at best . Your home gets damaged and they try to do everything in their power not to pay or limit your repairs . They are super rude and have no sense of customer service . All their adjusters are clueless and have zero understanding of how to run a claim or an inspection. They hire people from the street to do inspections to submit the final cost of repairs which is unreal and super low. A full kitchen damage , entire ceiling and walls damaged due to water heater damaged .
