The technician went above and beyond. He explained everything step by step and what was happening, and what to expect. Very friendly and very professional, if you ever want a technician to come out, I’d highly recommend him and this company.
Train people at the call center better and have them be not so pushy and manipulative, using pressure tactics and guilt trying to upsell me when they haven’t handled my issue. The first 2 people I called didn’t tell me that I had to fill out an affidavit and send a copy of my ID. Wasted my time sending me to a repair facility when I hadn’t filled out the required paperwork.
I’ve had them for all my smartphones over the years and haven’t had any bad experiences with them for those. The have a simple claim filing process and quick service.
