Frontline has been my Homeowners Insurance since I bought my house in 2019.
They handled my roof claim without issue.  It was damaged from a hail storm.  The premiums have stayed low and I recommend them to everyone who needs homeowners insurance!

Frontline Sucks!! Had a policy on my home, and because we were doing some remodeling ( cosmetic stuff) they dropped us.  Now being in Gulf Shores, we are fucked due to a lapse. No claim ever.. This is asanine
Wish they had negative stars

Financially unstable just lost its demo-tech rating is now without a viable company rating. Company is on its way to the dumpster

I had hail damages on my roof. After filing an online claim, Frontline responded promptly by sending out an inspector to my house followed soon by a detailed investigation report and estimated payment for damages.

They continue to send me information for another customer (I am not a customer of this insurance company).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Should I consider Frontline Insurance as my insurance provider?

Based on their generally positive reviews and high ratings from trusted organizations, Frontline Insurance may be a good option for customers looking for a reliable and financially stable insurance provider. However, it’s important to do your own research and compare options to find the best insurance provider for your specific needs.

  • Is Frontline Insurance financially stable enough for mortgage requirements?

Yes. Frontline holds an A- rating from A.M. Best and a BBB+ rating from KBRA. The BBB+ rating meets all mortgage company requirements, as it exceeds the minimum BBB rating required by Fannie Mae for property insurers.

  • What makes Frontline different from other insurance companies?

Frontline specializes in coastal and high-value properties, offering unique features like stepdown deductible policies for hurricane claims. They focus on properties that larger national carriers often decline or price prohibitively.

  • Who owns Frontline Insurance?

Frontline Insurance has served the southeastern U.S. states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina for over 20 years. However, we couldn’t find reliable information on the company’s ownership details online.

  • What states does Frontline Insurance operate in?

Frontline Insurance provides coverage in five southeastern states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. They specialize in coastal properties and hurricane-prone areas.
