I wanted to write a review to alleviate any worries from former Many Pets customers. I was a Many Pets Customer and was transferred to Odie. I submitted a claim for my dog at the end of May. It did take an extended time to review the claim (a month) however they did finally review it after a couple of follow up emails from me. The claim was approved.

I was recently transferred to Odie from Many Pets after having my policy for almost 4 years. The transition was a bit rocky as my documents weren’t transferred correctly and it took almost a month to get details ironed out. One of my dogs had a tumor removed right at the renewal date and the other had an emergency vet visit in the same month. The customer service reps I worked with were super friendly and did give me the information I requested.

Another previous ManyPets customer here, and NOT HAPPY with the lack of service provided by Odie. Their claims processing takes well over a month if you can get it with zero estimated time frame provided. I would not recommend using this pet insurance but I’m stuck with them because switching would mean my 16 year old dog’s current needs would be pre-existing conditions and not covered on a new provider policy.

I was transferred from Manypets and let me just how much I MISS THEM!! Everything was always so easy with them and they worked extremely fast with claims. They answered your phone calls and always got back to your emails within a day. Here I am waiting a month now and I have a dog who just got diagnosed with cancer.
