We wound up having two claims this year. One relating to hurricane and one plumbing-related problem. Both complaints were paid promptly and as non-stressfully as possible.

I reached out when my original policy was not renewed. I left a message & was contacted in a few days by email. After several emails, I requested an appt. We signed up immediately.

I just purchased it and am impressed with the thoroughness of the underwriters and the flexibility of choice. Hope I never have to use the insurance.

Following Hurricane Ian on Sept 29, 2022, we have documented estimates and invoices exceeding $110k and to date received $38,500 while being hammered at every turn. 1 field adjuster and 3 desk adjusters later, an engineer they hired it’s 5 months later and still no advancement. I have received my 2023 annual policy invoice DOUBLED from $2780/year to now $4400.

I can’t deal with their extremely, extremely high rates. To have my rates quadruple in 3 years. Make sure you make a lot of calls before you pick them
