The company makes filing a claim difficult and makes it seem as if the insured doesn’t have enough insurance to file a claim.
I have had Trexis for 12 months with full insurance on both vehicles. The payout was very reasonable, and they were on it from day one. I highly recommend them.
Canceled the policy. Get better policy elsewhere, agents can answer questions, and the website is easy.
So far, the most aggravating company to deal with. I figured out they hire through a temporary agency for their employees, and it would not surprise me if they hired temps for their accounting and billing including their IT and website management. The overall experience dealing with this place felt like they are inexperienced. Currently looking to switch insurance.
Let start by saying Amy called my financial institution and told them I had agreed to total out my vehicle they need a copy of the title to mail a check. Well, my vehicle is even totaled and to beat it all the appraiser never came out to look at my vehicle and my vehicle has never been to the Bodyshop, and he wrote an estimate for parts that aren’t damaged 50k dollars more. So now my lien holder want cash the check because they think the vehicle will have a branded title The worst company ever.
So far the most aggravating company to deal with. The overall experience dealing with this place felt like they are inexperienced. Currently looking to switch insurance companies, the temp agency they are hiring their staff for is randstad.
Conclusion
Overall, Trexis Insurance is a reputable auto insurance provider. The company’s commitment to personalized service and risk management resources makes it a great choice for businesses and individuals seeking comprehensive coverage options. One of the key strengths of Trexis is its commitment to providing personalized service to its customers.
However, there appears to be a need for more credible information about Trexis Insurance. We could not find many positive reviews online, which denotes that the company might not be trustworthy. Furthermore, the company needs to provide more information about its coverage options or claims process for customers to decide about purchasing a policy from them.
