This company is dishonest—avoid insuring your vehicle with them. I canceled my policy just days after paying and was promised a refund, but they kept my money and gave me the runaround. Terrible customer service and rude agents made it even worse.

The authorities should not allow this company to operate in the U., Sure! Please provide the sentences you want me to convert to active voice. Their insured hit me. Getting help has been a nightmare. The adjuster and manager have not returned my calls despite my repeated messages. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and the Texas Department of Insurance. Zero stars if I could.

Four stars for Evelyn Baldrich, she answered every call, patiently explained everything, and truly stood out among others who never responded. Though the claim isn’t settled yet, I trust her completely.
