Information from an agent’s Agency Height profile, including National Producer Number (NPN), licensed states, carrier appointments, languages spoken, and years of experience, may be used to generate public-facing website content. By maintaining an Agency Height profile, agents consent to this use of their profile data.

Agent websites generated through the AI Website feature may collect personal information from visitors, including name, contact details, and insurance coverage interests, submitted through quote request forms. This information is collected on behalf of the agent and stored within the Agency Height platform.

Agent websites may display client reviews sourced from third-party platforms. Agency Height does not control the data practices of those platforms and is not responsible for their content or accuracy.

This Privacy Policy extends to agent websites hosted and generated through the Agency Height AI Website feature, including any domains assigned to or connected with an agent’s account.

How Is Your Information Collected?

When you interact with us, we may ask for certain information. We collect this data to better understand who is visiting our site and how they can use it most efficiently!

Third-Party Sources: We obtain information from consumer agencies and independent agents who, where permitted by law, provide us with vehicle reports, claim reports, and/or credit information.
