D & D Liquor Store LLC

I’ve been with this company for over 10 years. When our roof started leaking, I filed a claim, but it was denied because the damage wasn’t caused by hail or wind. Despite occasional hail and fallen branches, they refused to help. A few weeks later, at renewal, they dropped us, stating we had to replace the roof. After 10+ years and only one claim, it’s disappointing to be denied and dropped.

Terrible experience. Couldn’t reach anyone by phone despite calling for hours. Filed a claim after being hit and was promised a follow-up, never heard back.

Do not use this company. My agent was unresponsive, and when I canceled a $1,037 policy, they charged a 10% fee despite me never receiving or signing the policy. Extremely poor service.

purchased a liability policy on June 7 but didn’t receive the declaration until June 19. I canceled on June 20 but was later billed $150 of the $625 policy. Service was poor, and I got a better policy elsewhere immediately. I would not recommend this company.

My broker quoted me about $300/year for a $1,000,000 personal umbrella policy from USLI. They don’t seem to require underlying coverage from the same carrier. With an A++ AM Best rating, USLI appears financially strong
